• Funding sources must be acknowledged in the presentation.
• Research involving human/animal subjects must have proper ethical approval (if applicable).
• If using copyrighted material (images, figures), obtain necessary permissions.
• The research and presentation content (including text, data, and visuals) must be the original work of the authors and not generated by artificial intelligence (AI) tools without proper human oversight.
• If AI-assisted tools (e.g., for language editing, data analysis, or image generation) are used, they must be explicitly disclosed, and their role should not compromise the authenticity and intellectual contribution of the authors.
• Fabricated or fully AI-generated submissions (where human authors did not conduct the actual research) are considered unethical and may lead to rejection or retraction.
